Experts are unanimous that the growing body needs no less than 8 hours of physical activity week, and the best  is- 1,5-2 hours of physical activity per day. Of these, physical education within school hours give only 1,5 hours (two lessons) per week. The remaining hours to make their own way through the lessons in circles, sections, on walks, at home. If by that time, at least some of you will spend with your son or daughter, it will be useful, for family communication, and overall contribution to preserving the health of not only the child but also parents.
