This fruit contains: Sugar, organic acids, pectic substances, fiber, flavonoids, magnesium, potassium, iron, phosphorus, vitamins A, D, C,E, B2, B3, B6, beta-karotine and folic acid.
The major quality of kiwi is vitamin C. It is the fruit that contains more vitamin C than any fruit is, except for black currants. It contains twice more vitamin C than in oranges. In one kiwi there is a daily norm of vitamin C for adult.
