The ratio to natural cheese is not ambiguous. From other side, cheese are perfect calcium resources for the daily calcium and phosphorus needings. It also contains much of vitamin B12 which so desperately needed vegetarians. From the other side, cheese contains a lot of casein required for the construction of the skeleton, able to withstand the weight of the cow.

Of casein couple of hundred years ago made buttons and cooked firmer carpenter's glue. Exactly the same manner casein will naprochno "glue" your blood vessels and joints.
