Liqueurs is sweetened and flavored alcoholic beverage which strength is from 17 to 70 °, with sugar content of not less than 200 g / 1 liter.
Liqueurs are divided into strong, dessert and creams. Strong liquors contain up to 45% alcohol and not less than 35% sugar. Dessert liqueurs contain 25-30% alcohol, and sugar about the same. Cream is a kind of liqueur. They contain up to 28% alcohol, 60% sugar and have a thick consistency.
