Apricot sometimes called "fruit of health". There are eight known types of this fruit. The oridinary apricot is more valueable. It grows in middle Asia, Kawkaz, and south Ukraine.
In wild form, apricot grows in Middle Asia, Dagastane, North West China, and the Himmalayas.
Apricot fruits aren't attractive with their look and taste, but also their nutrition. They contain 4.7 - 27% sugar, pekine substances, organic acids, apricot acid, vitamins B1, B2, B15, P, PP, carotine, mineral solt, and potassium.
In apricot seeds there are 85% oils, vitamin B15, glicozit. Apricose ftruits are eaten fresh and dryed.
