Scientists from Michigan's university studied the characters of cherry. The research was done on people in ages 18-25 who 12 hours before ate half or full cup of frozen cherry. The analysis showed increasing of antioxids in blood, especialy anticianids.

According to biologists, cherry increases the antioxid defence of the body, increasing the activity and defence functions of healthy elements, which effects the blood system.

Including cherry in your meal lowers the risk of cardiovascular diseases, lowers cholesterol and lowers in 14% your weight.
