Chinese Diet


Chinese diet is low-calory hard diet. Chinese diet planned to three weeks, that in two you should lose weight and in the third, tight your result.

First week:

Eat three times a day - a boiled egg and an orange. Drink green tea, without sugar.


Second week:

Eat any crop but semolina and pearl barley, put at night in water and boil in the morning without salt and sugar. You can eat as much as you want. Drink, as in the first week green tea without sugar.


Third week:

You can eat fruits and vegetables, cooked or fresh, and drink in addition to green tea - juices.


In chinese diet it is very difficult to survive the first week. If you will, everything will go right. In the third week you should adapt to the normal food. I is not a fact that it will be easy, but it worse it.
