Fifth day

 

Rinse the contents of the first cup and cook it. Cook rice not for a long to get soft porridge. Drink a glass of water half an hour before eating that porridge. Dinner – 150 gr cooked rice and 50 gr cooked carrot

Breakfast – 50 gr cooked rice . One pear.

Lunch – cooked rice, cucumber, fried mushrooms - 150gr

Dinner – 150 gr cooked rice and 50 gr cooked cabbage

 

 

Menu for 4 day

Breakfast – 50 gr cooked rice, glass of milk or apple

Lunch – 150 gr cooked rice, 50 gr carrot and radish

Dinner – 150 gr cooked rice, 50 gr cooked cabbage and 2 walnuts

 

 

Menu for 5 day

Breakfast – 50 gr cooked rice, raisin, yogurt

Lunch – 150 gr cooked rice, 50 gr cooked zucchini

Dinner – 150 gr cooked rice, 4 walnuts, salad

 

 

Menu for 6 day

Breakfast – 50 gr cooked rice, one pear, four walnuts

Lunch – 150 gr cooked rice, 50 gr cooked zucchini, salad

Dinner – 150 gr cooked rice, yogurt, pear

 

 

Menu for 7 day

Breakfast – 50 gr cooked rice, one apple

Lunch – 150 gr cooked rice, one tomato, salad

Dinner – 150 gr cooked rice, 50 gr cooked zucchini
