The fingers of a woman can be very beautiful and will enhance her looks if well cared for.

Hands not only show the attitude of a woman to herself, but also make a personal statement to others around her as she moves from place to place..A woman who brings to her hands a radiance in their appearance through supple skin and elegant nails becomes a beautiful woman in most people's eyes.

Many men have fallen in love on encountering a woman with delicate and beautiful hands, although few men have any idea , how much skill and patience and care must be taken if hands are to look so good .Housework and environmental factors which can damage this appearance are here to stay. No one has figured out a way around these factors. It is up to each each woman who wishes to have the best hands she can to take care of them and constantly give them her closest attention in all their finest details.

Hot manicure - "nice" hand care

One of the most pleasant procedure for the hands care today is a hot manicure. It is an incredibly effective form of hand and nail care Hot manicure is carried out by using special heated trays filled with a creamy hand lotion or oil. This lotion or oil is full of useful vitamin complexes which act by feeding and nourishing the skin of the hands and cuticles .Its careful use will also strengthen your nails.

Purpose of hot manicure

A hot manicure is perfect for women with dry skin on the hands It also assists with those women who suffer from dry and brittle nails. It will help in treating the injured cuticles, and all in all can bring about very good results. Such a manicure can be combined not only with traditional trimming of the nails, but also with European manicure, and it is not only available for women, but also for men and children.

Apparatus for hot manicure

Hand care salons are equipped with special devices for hot manicure. These works in two modes

Firstly by heating up and maintaining the correct temperature for proper care. Nourishing lotion or oil is brought up to 40 - 55 ° C. The device maintains this optimum temperature for carrying out the whole procedure. At this temperature the lotion or oil is activated to become effective for the skin's cell processes, and warmed cream or oil improves the circulation of the blood. At these temperatures the skin pores open up, and nutrients are more able to penetrate rapidly into the skin cells. This heating process brings about a more effective moisturisation and nourishment in a way that the usual cream or lotion application cannot achieve so successfully.

Lotions for Hot manicure

Creamy lotions used in beauty salons, contain many nutritious ingredients. These include mink oil, peach and lemon balm, fruit acids, ginseng extract as well as vitamins E, A, and D. So a hot manicure is recommended for women wishing to restore their hands after removing their artificial nails.

Procedure and the effect of hot manicure

A hot manicure can help in reviving damaged nail cuticles, dry skin and brittle nails. The hands will respond by becoming groomed and soft again .You could say that they have their youthful qualities returned to them. Burrs disappear, cuticles appear neater and the nails will grow more healthily with less stratification. The nails will also be less prone to breaking by becoming thicker and stronger.

Before beginning the procedure, the remnants of the old nail varnish is removed . A bath with nutritious lotion is placed in the apparatus and heated - the bath can be disposable or reusable.

The fingertips first of all are dipped into the solution and should be kept there for about 10-15 minutes. Then pull your fingers out of the solution, but not all at once but one by one. Then start to rub the lotion into the cuticles with gentle, massaging movements. This will allow the solution to be distributed uniformly on the skin of the hands. Damaged cuticles can be pushed into better shape or can be removed by nail clippers a cuticle stick or a special fine-grained pumice.

Then the surface of the nail can be polished and can have nail varnish applied. At this point other nail therapies or tonics can be applied , and then any suitable lacquer.

The effect of hot manicure

In general, the effect of hot manicure can be compared with that provided by paraffin therapy. It not only moisturizes but can also help in restoring the skin. However, paraffin therapy has problem side effects whereas hot manicure does not have them. Paraffin baths are not recommended for those who have damaged the skin of their hands which can include microscopic cracks. In these case warm oil or cream baths is recommended.
