A second piece of advice is to eat balanced meals. There should be more calcium in your diet. This can easily be found in cheese, cottage cheese, as well as in yoghurts. Do not overdo your intake of carbohydrates and animal fats. Avoid coffee in large quantities, strong tea, alcohol and salt. These have a tendency to make the bones brittle. A small amount of alcohol is acceptable because it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease.
And, third, do not smoke!

Skin Care After 40: honey mask for fading skin.
2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. flour, a whipped egg white. Mix and rub all over the skin. After 20 minutes rinse with hot water, then with cold water . The mask provides the skin with a nourishing and stimulating action thereby reducing the so called chicken feet wrinkles around the eyes.
1 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. glycerol, 2 tsp. water to mix, gradually adding 1 tsp. oats or wheat flour. Apply to the skin for 20-25 minutes.
100 g honey, 50 ml of vodka. Mix these 2 ingredients . Keep the mixture on the face for 10-15 minutes. This is a good remedy for cleaning , softening and t the skin.
Skin Care After 40: A face mask with Aloe
Wash ,cut aloe leaves with boiled water. Put these in a cool dark place at roughly (I 4 ° C) for 12 days. During this time the leaves form bio matter. In the morning or evening dry the leaves . Clean your skin following a good routine and apply plenty of the aloe face mask to the skin of the face and neck . Then with your fingertips gently pat the juice into the skin. Finally then apply a nourishing cream.
Fresh aloe vera juice is very effective for wiping onto the face or as a lotion for 10 minutes, 2-3 times a week. With aging , it is highly recommended to apply skin masks from this aloe juice for 15-20 minutes. A course of this kind of therapy should involve 20 - 25 sessions. Great benefits will be apparent .
Aloe, white honey, glycerin and water mixed in equal quantities should be stirring slowly, add oatmeal to give it body. Put this mixture on your face for 20-25 minutes. Do 1-2 times a week during 1-1 and a half months. This rejuvenates the skin.
