There are times when our skin is just dying of hunger, but we do not notice that, or do not understand what is happening. Enzymes are destroyed during heat treatment, so that often our cooked food just doesn't have them. Only raw food can be a source of the valuable protein we need.
Frequent flushing redness of the skin can be caused by over indulgence of spicy, smoked and grilled dishes. Stop eating smoked meat, sausage and ham and give up the dessert wines. These products are useless nutritionally and can cause hypertension and deterioration of the colour of the face.
Where do vascular stars came from? Here again there is a deficiency of vitamin C needed for collagen production. Without it, the skin becomes rough, and often suffers bruising.
How can you provide yourself with vitamin C, partly at least? These days we feel the lack of it not only in the winter and spring, but almost always, as we eat convenience products and fast food, especially at work. Tomato and red pepper (sweet)
Chop 3 tomatoes, 5 red peppers , add olives, fresh herbs of dill and celery, crushed garlic. Pour olive oil onto the crushed mixture . Salt in salads is not recommended. It is better to add any acidic juice like lemon and seasonings such as herbs.
Salad out of sour (or fresh) cabbage with nettles
100g sauerkraut, 70g nettles, egg, olive oil. Nettle (blanched) finely chopped, add the sauerkraut, also add chopped hard-boiled egg, pour the olive oil and mix well.
