How to care for the skin in summer: cleaning, scrubs, masks
In the summer, as a rule, we look better than usual. Our faces can be tanned and look refreshed. However, prolonged exposure to air and the sun can obviously drain the skin of moisture and vitality and can coarsen the face. A nutritious mask in this case is simply essential. Try to combine the care procedure with physical rest - then it will be more useful. Choose a time when you could take a short nap and relax.
Clean the face with lotion or cosmetic milk, wash. Around the eyes you should tap with your fingertips a suitable nourishing cream.
Having applied a mask, lie down, lifting your feet higher than your head. Next to you on a table place what you may still need: towels, gauze, cotton swabs, a glass of warm water, mirror, bowl. Ingredients for the mask which you have prepared before.
Fruits - the fresh, juicy kind can be rubbed through a strainer or rubbed on the grater (of course not a metal one). The rest of the ingredients are added later, thoroughly mixed. Gruel can be applied to the face with a brush, or you can rub it on the gauze and put it on the face. It is a good idea to use pads soaked in not too strong tea.
Masks can be kept on the face and neck from 20 to 30 minutes, during which time you can safely take a nap. Then remove the mask and wash face and neck with water. Wipe your skin with tissue, and the areas under the eyes you should lubricate with nutritious cream.
Apricot Mask This relieves irritation, soothes and smooths fine lines, and at the same restores the elasticity of the skin. Fresh apricot peel which has been mixed with sour milk (1: 1) can be applied onto the skin for 15 - 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Exfoliating during the summer should be carried out very delicately.Harsh rough scrubbing pads should be replaced with a terry mitten. You should just gently massage your skin. Instead of the usual gel use nourishing gel with extract of avocado. It will soften your skin after exposure to wind and water. In addition to its other benefits, avocado stimulates the formation of new cells.
How to care for the skin in the autumn: washing, moisturizing, mask
With the arrival of autumn, we sadly begin notice that tanning and swimming can dry out the skin and hair. Skin in some places became flaking, and your wrinkles can appear sharper. Don't wait for the skin to recover by itself. You should be pro-active . When you are washing in the evening, use only boiled water, with the addition of salt - 1 tsp per glass. You can wipe the face with lotion for dry skin and to relieve irritation it is good to add to the lotion 1 tsp. honey, mixed with it. After washing, apply a cream for dry skin. You can also add into it a little juice of rowan berries or carrots. You might also try a mask prepared by mixing 1 tbsp. l. margarine and 1 tsp. carrot juice. Keep the mask on your face for 10 - 15 minutes, remove the paper towel, then rinse your face with warm water.
An oily mask works well on dry, flaky skin. This procedure requires time and total relaxation, but the effect of it is visible at once. Take a layer of wadding with a thickness of 1 cm, cut holes for the nose and mouth. On it apply unrefined vegetable oil which has been warmed in a water bath, with addition of rasterty daisy (1 tsp. Per 100 g of butter), honey (1 tbsp. L.) Juice of rowanberries (1ch. l).. Put the mask containing oil onto the face and cover with a towel. After 20 minutes remove the mask, first wash with warm, then cold water, and even better — with a weak infusion of lime blossom. Repeat this procedure 1-2 times a week. If the skin peels off , take a bath with salt (1 kg tub), and afterwards rinse it off and then apply directly to your wet body any nourishing creamwhich has been half-diluted with a vegetable oil.
