Day and night care creams

 

 

The main purpose of day care cream is to moisturise the skin thus decreasing the evaporation of its own moisture. They also protect your skin from harmful ultraviolet sun rays.

 

Day care Cream is best applied 30-40 minutes before going outdoor. High-quality day cream will retain its protective moisturising qualities until the evening.

 

Night Nourishing Cream, in addition to moisturizing the skin while you sleep, provides the skin with useful fats and oils. It should be applied 1-1,5 hours (but no later than 30 minutes) before going to sleep. The drier the skin, the fatter should be the cream to have the best effects be.

 

In contrast to the low-fat light day cream, night cream must more fatty. These night creams contribute to the recovery of cells, helping the skin to receive additional moisture from the outside and at the same time improving its structure. They also compensate for the loss of fat after cleansing and prevent the appearance of wrinkles. So choose a night cream depending on the specific needs of your skin and in accordance to your age and its condition.

 

If you have a so-called sensitive (problematic) skin, apply at night a special gel or cream, which helps to regulate the fat balance of your skin. In order to successfully carry this out you should use creams which contain Bidens tripartita and burdock root. These are particularly useful plant remedies.

 

In the case of acne instead of a nourishing night cream use one which has the added benefit of detoxifying the skin by removing skin toxins and fighting harmful germs.

 

Over time, the skin will lose collagen and as a result the first facial wrinkles will start to appear.

With the shortage of vitamins, protein and micronutrients the skin becomes drier, losing its natural color and in addition it can become thinner. 

 

Hormonal changes lead to the appearance of pigment spots. If you are finding that these problems are occurring for you , you should choose a suitable night cream. Those with supplementary extracts of parsley and cucumber improve the colour of the facial skin.

If you wish to replace lost collagen you should turn to a cream with fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E.

If you feel that you have pale flabby skin you can bring about an increase in your skin's circulation and improve the colour and appearance of it by applying creams which include bi-products from beekeeping.
